FTP Server Questions
Can we use dropbox or similar programs to send files instead of using the ftp server?
We prefer to use the ftp server because it does not alter the resolution of the photos and all it requires is dragging and dropping files into the server.
What exactly is an ftp server?
An ftp (file transfer protocol) server is a file transfer application that allows direct file uploads to a company's computer harddrive. Simply copy your desired album files and drop files into the server folders.
How do I order my album?
Follow FTP Server instructions and place your desired album or albums. After recieving, we will send a confirmation email
Shipping / Delivery Times
Dreambook uses UPS ground for all domestic orders unless expedited shipping is requested. For international orders, USPS is used unless otherwise specified.
The estimated delivery date for an order is based upon distance of shipment.
All orders are comfirmed with tracking info via email.

Dreambook Album Inc. is able to shipt to P.O. Boxes.
In most cases, a signature is not required at time of delivery unless specified.
Shipping costs are subject to change through the year.
Customer may choose “Signature Required”. If the “Signature Required” option is not selected and the package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carried but lost, Dreambook is not responsible for replacing that order.

Returns
All returns for refund or credit due to an ordering error must be requested within 2 weeks upon receipt of merchandise. |

Returns must first be requested and then authorized via email or phone.
Returned products need to be in their original packaging, properly protected, and shipped by costumers expense. |

Damaged products are the responsibility of the carrier and will be refused if delivered in poor condition. |

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the photographer.

All returns due to a manufacture-based defect are covered under our Lifetime Guarantee. |

Payment
We accept credit card and cash as payment. Cards we accept are: Visa, Master Card, Discover and Debit.
An invoice is made for every order and sent via email when it is complete.
Payment can be transacted upon meeting as well, requiring a date to be schedueled for meeting.
For shipment albums, payment will be processed before shipment to assure proper transaction.

How do i make a private server account?
In order to make a private FTP account, you must sign up for membership.
Membership sign up can be found under the Sighn In tab on top .
After review, we will send you a confirmation email with your own username and password. Log in with private accounts is the same application as log in as guest.
How do I update my shipping, contact and billing information?
To update shipping or contact information please call or email us with your updated information.
To update billing information, we recommend calling us and giving your updated information over the phone.
Swatch
Dreambook sources its materials from around the world. We look for the best to offer you the finest quality.
Although you can view our swatch online, differences in monitors and monitor settings can offset the colors of materials viewed on screen.
Dream Book Albums strongly recommends purchasing a DB swatch book to see the colors and feel the textures of our materials first hand.
Can Rush Orders be Requested?
Sure! Rush Orders can be requested through email or by phone.
Charges will be applied however for the rush orders and estimated time for orders under RUSH are completed within 3-5 days.
For shipping we use UPS standard groung shipping also for rush orders unless otherwise requested for faster shipment options.
