Shipping / Delivery Times

 

Dreambook uses UPS ground for all domestic orders unless expedited shipping is requested. For international orders, USPS is used unless otherwise specified.

 

The estimated delivery date for an order is based upon distance of shipment. 

 

All orders are comfirmed with tracking info via email.

Dreambook Album Inc. is able to shipt to P.O. Boxes.

 

In most cases, a signature is not required at time of delivery unless specified.

 

Shipping costs are subject to change through the year.

 

Customer may choose “Signature Required”. If the “Signature Required” option is not selected and the package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carried but lost, Dreambook is not responsible for replacing that order.

 

 

Exact shipping quotes cannot be provided because it varies depending on weight and size of your order.

 

	Returns     All returns for refund or credit due to an ordering error must be requested within 2 weeks upon receipt of merchandise.
	Returns must first be requested and then authorized via email or phone.   Returned products need to be in their original packaging, properly protected, and shipped by costumers expense.
	Damaged products are the responsibility of the carrier and will be refused if delivered in poor condition.
	Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the photographer.     All returns due to a manufacture-based defect are covered under our Lifetime Guarantee.   There are no exceptions to the above Return policies
